clipeum complies through this privacy policy with the European Regulation 2016/679 of 27th of April 2016 on the protection of personal data (hereinafter “GDPR”), as well as with the transposition of this European regulation in Belgian legislation which came in force at September 5th, 2018. The law of September 5th, 2018 replaces the "Law of 8 December 1992 on the protection of privacy with regard to the processing of personal data".

Article 5 – Legal grounds used for processing your personal data
