Frederik is Partner at clipeum and has more than 23 years of professional experience in various financial and compliance functions. Frederik started his career at PwC in 2001 where he gained extensive experience in external audit, internal controls, SOX, reporting, people management and coaching. After 7 years PwC and 2 years as accounting manager, Frederik started working as an interim manager late 2010. He completed various projects at large and medium-sized companies, including financial controlling, financial reporting, ERP transitions, business process management, internal audit and risk management.

Since 2016 Frederik mainly focuses on consultancy in the field of information security and data protection.

Frederik has a master’s degree in Applied Economics (2000 - University of Antwerp). He also obtained a postmaster in Tax (2001 - KU Leuven). In 2017, he completed his training as a Data Protection Officer (Data Protection Institute, Mechelen) and Lead Auditor ISO27001 (PECB). He is also a CISA (Certified Information System Auditor) and has obtained a number of other business-related certificates in recent years.
